► JACK-O-LANTERN PLATTER:
15-20 clementines, peeled (pumpkin)
Eight-10 celery sticks (stalk)
1 cup grapes (eyes)
10-12 strawberries (mouth)

Yogurt fruit dip:
½ cup yogurt of alternative
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey

On an oval platter, layer peeled clementine slices. (Depart areas for the stalk on the high and nostril within the center!)
Add celery sticks as your stalk, a handful of grapes for every eye, and strawberries for the mouth.
To make your fruit dip, mix yogurt, cinnamon, and honey in a bowl and stir to mix. Switch to a small dish and place within the heart of your platter as your jack-o-lantern nostril!
