Magnum Vegan – Chocolate & Berry dessert



Give your friends the head of delight with this luxurious vegan dessert. Velvety vegan ice cream, encased in chocolate and enriched by a delicate strawberry mousse. Your friends shall be wishing they might eat the ice cream sticks too!

Steered recipe for four individuals

Substances
four Magnum Vegan Basic ice lotions
20 blueberries
eight strawberries
four blackberries
eight tablespoons of strawberry sauce
Vegan cookie crumble
Purple flower petals (non-obligatory)
Gold sprinkles (non-obligatory)

For the white-chocolate flavour strawberry mousse
40 g Vegan white chocolate different
30 g Strawberry jam
40 g Whipped vegan cream different

Preparation
Warmth the strawberry jam in a pan and stir often.
For the mousse, place the vegan white chocolate different in a heat-proof bowl, cowl and set over boiling water till melted. As soon as melted, combine within the strawberry sauce properly.
Whisk vegan cream different into gentle peaks then gently add the white chocolate strawberry sauce, mixing it along with a tablespoon till a gentle mousse types.

Plating (To be served instantly)
Place a tablespoon of strawberry sauce a few inches from the sting of every plate. With a spoon or a palette knife, unfold the sauce throughout the middle in a straight line.
