Rooster Ka Salan or Rooster Gravy/Curry is a straightforward and engaging recipe that may be made very simply and is much less time consuming

METHOD

1.We have to grind a paste, for it we want
Deep fried onions – 2 medium sized
Yogurt – 200 gram
Cashew nuts – eight crushed
Tomatoes chopped – 2 small sized
Grind it to a fantastic paste

2.Oil – three tablespoon, warmth it and add
Cardamom – 6
Cloves – four
Cinnamon sticks – three
saute

three.Now add hen – half of kilo and saute until it turns brown

four.Add ginger garlic paste – three tablespoon, saute it

5.Scale back flame and add
Salt
Kashmiri purple chili powder – 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder – half of teaspoon
Black pepper powder – half of teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Home made garam masala powder – half of teaspoon
Saute them nicely, add little water

6.Now add the bottom masala and saute for ten minutes , add water – 2 cups and prepare dinner until hen turns tender

7.Add few coriander leaves and serve sizzling with roti or phulka
