5 minutes Delicious Sautéed Watercress/Vegetarian/Vegan



INGREDIENTS :

2 cloves garlic minced
1 slice chili pepper thinly
1 tablespoon floor shrimp non-obligatory (vegan,vegetarian)
1/four teaspoon white pepper
half teaspoon salt
three tablespoons further virgin olive oil
2 bunches of watercress rinsed

INSTRUCTIONS :

In a big heavy skillet sauté the garlic, chili pepper and purple onion within the oil over reasonably excessive warmth for 30 seconds, or till it’s aromatic,
Add floor shrimp and stirring for 30 second.
Add the watercress, and stir the combination till it’s mixed nicely.
Sauté the watercress, lined, for two to three minutes, or till it’s simply wilted
Season it with salt and pepper.
