2 skinless hen breasts, minimize into chew measurement chunks
1 medium carrot, sliced
125g child sweetcorn
1 pink pepper
80g sugar snap peas,
350g pot Slimming World Spring Onion, Garlic and Ginger Sauce, (accessible from Iceland) cooked in keeping with pack directions
Warmth a big, non-stick wok till sizzling, spray with low calorie cooking spray and fry the hen for six – 7 minutes. Take away from the pan.
Reheat the wok and spray with low calorie cooking spray and add the carrots and sweetcorn. Add a splash of water if it begins to stay. Fry for two extra minutes, then add the peppers and sugar snap peas and cook dinner for just a few extra minutes.
Add the hen again in with Slimming World Spring Onion, Garlic and Ginger Sauce. Convey to a simmer and warmth via for two extra minutes. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
