材料Ingredients:
一百二十毫升全脂牛奶 120ml complete milk
半茶匙鹽 1/2tsp salt
半茶匙糖 1/2tsp sugar
¼茶匙雞粉 1/4tsp hen powder
¼茶匙胡椒粉 1/4tsp pepper
十克松子仁 10g pine nuts
十克金華火腿(丁粒) 10g chopped Chinese language ham
一百五十克冷藏魚柳 150g fish fillet
一百五十克蝦仁 150g shrimp
三隻(約一百克)蛋白 three egg white (100g)
兩茶匙粟粉加一湯匙水 2tsp corn flour in 1tbsp water
一茶匙醋 1tsp white vinegar
生油 Cooking oil
