A winter delicacy, vegetable soup is a heartwarming and delish recipe which rejuvenates and energizes your thoughts and physique, making you feeling recent and heat.
1½ carrots, peeled
6-7 broccoli florets, reduce into smaller items
1 tsp oil
1 tsp finely chopped celery
1 spring onion bulb
Three tbsps rice, soaked
Three-Four cups vegetable inventory
Salt to style
Crushed black peppercorns to style
Juice of ¼ lemon
7-Eight recent dill leaf sprigs
1. Warmth oil in a non-stick pan.
2. Minimize carrots into small items.
Three. Add celery to the pan and saute properly.
Four. Roughly chop spring onion bulb and add alongwith carrot items and saute properly.
5. Add rice, vegetable inventory, salt and crushed peppercorns, stir to combine and simmer until the rice is cooked.
6. Add broccoli and lemon juice and stir to combine.
7. Roughly chop dill sprigs, add and blend properly.
Eight. Serve piping sizzling.
