VEGAN DANISH SUMMER DESSERT (KOLDSKÅL)



“Koldskål” is a standard Danish summer time dessert. Normally with buttermilk and eggs – however you may make it vegan. And it’s refreshing and cooling on a heat summer time day.

Substances
1. 750 g Alpro yohurt* with lime/lemon (or vanilla, impartial) or home made plant-based yohurt
2. 300 g plant milk (oats, soy, rice, almond and many others.)
three. 2 tbsp. sugar
four. 1/four tsp. vanilla powder or some vanilla extract
5. Zest from 1 lemon
6. Juice from ½ lemon

Garnish
1. Lemon zest
2. Chopped lemon balm
three. Smal lemon balm leaves
four. Sliced strawberries

1. Vegan biscuits
