300 gram Minced Fish
2 tablespoons Corn Flour
1 tablespoons Smith & Jones Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tablespoons Ching’s Darkish Soy Sauce
Salt to Style
2 tablespoons Oil
1 Cup Diced Greens
1 Packet Ching’s Veg Manchurian Masala
300ml Water


For Fish Manchurian balls:

1) Take minced fish in a bowl (finely chopped).
2) Add 1 tbsp S&J ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp chings darkish soy sauce, 2 tbsp cornflour, a pinch of salt and blend effectively.
Three) Make small balls and deep fry till golden brown.

For the gravy:

Four) Take 300ml water. Add 1 packet of Chings Veg Manchurian masala and blend effectively until there are not any lumps.
5) Warmth 2 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry 1cup diced greens (onion, carrot and capsicum) for two minutes.
6) Add masala combination and fish balls and convey to boil.
7) Simmer for 2-Three minutes, for thicker gravy simmer for Three-Four minutes.
eight) Add spring onions for garnish.
