Easy Oven Fajitas


Serves: four


1 Tbsp chili powder
½ Tbsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cumin
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt

1 massive onion
three bell peppers (any shade)
400g rooster breast
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
eight tortillas
¼ bunch cilantro


1) Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine all the spices for the fajita seasoning in a small bowl and put aside (chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, sugar, and salt).

2) Reduce the onion and bell peppers into ¼-inch extensive strips. Place them in a big 13×15-inch casserole dish or a big baking sheet. Slice the rooster breast into very skinny strips and add it to the casserole dish with the greens.

three) Drizzle the vegetable oil over the rooster and greens, then sprinkle the fajita seasoning combine over prime. Use your fingers to toss the components till every part is effectively coated in oil and seasoning. Bake within the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, stirring as soon as half means via.

four) Whereas the fajita combine bakes, toast every tortilla in a dry skillet over medium-low warmth, till flippantly browned on all sides. Scoop a small quantity of meat and greens into the middle of every tortilla. High with just a few sprigs of cilantro, a dollop of bitter cream or few cheddar cheese, and squeeze of lime if desired.

5) Grill on a pan couple of minutes and able to serve!!
