Beer-Marinated Grilled Skirt Steak Recipe

Yield: four servings
1 orange, thinly sliced with peel
half onion, thinly sliced
four garlic cloves, halved and smashed
2 1/four kilos skirt steak
Kosher salt and recent floor black pepper
1 cup light-colored beer (ideally lager model)
half cup soy sauce
In a large, shallow glass baking dish, scatter half of the orange slices, half of the onion slices and half of the garlic items on the underside of the dish. Sprinkle the steak throughout with salt and pepper and put within the dish on prime of the orange and onion slices. Scatter the remaining orange, onion and garlic over the steak and pour within the beer and soy sauce. Cowl with plastic wrap and marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or as much as in a single day within the fridge.
