CAJUN SHRIMP BAKE
Servings: four

INGREDIENTS
Cajun Spice Combine
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2½ teaspoons paprika
1¼ teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon onion powder
1¼ teaspoons thyme
½ teaspoon crimson pepper flakes
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper

four crimson potatoes, quartered
2 items of corn, quartered
2 tablespoons oil, divided
1 tablespoon butter, cubed
four andouille sausages, chopped
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
four garlic cloves, minced

Non-obligatory
Parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.
In a small bowl, mix the Cajun spice combine components and stir to mix.
In a baking dish, mix potatoes, corn, garlic, ½ tablespoon of oil, and 1 tablespoon of the cajun spice combine, mixing till the greens are coated evenly with the spice combine.
Place butter on high and bake for 25 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix the sausage, shrimp, garlic, oil, and ½ tablespoon of the spice combine and blend properly.
Add the sausage and shrimp into the identical baking dish because the corn and potatoes and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
