As a child I liked all kind of sports activities. I used to be very lively however very skinny. 73kg weight with 186cm top – typical ectomorph.

On january 2013 i stared with the gymnasium, and thats when my transfomation started. It was going very sluggish… then I acquired fascinated with Calistenichs/Road Exercise.

After seven months with three months into Calisthenics I may see the primary outcomes.

With every month my physique was getting higher proportions.

My energy was rising extraordinarily quick and the size did present 80kg. Motivated with adjustments I start to construct mass. On march 2014 it was already 92kg.

After that I did scale back the load to 84kg by june.

I seemed incomparably higher. And due to Calisthenics my energy and mobility was rising on a regular basis.

The adjustments motived me much more and I didnt need to cease. From september I start constructing mass once more, and this I used to be going large!!! April 2015 my weight reached 100kg.

It took quite a lot of time however my buddies (excessive 5 to You!!!) persuaded my to attempt the bodybuilding scene. I’ve determined to begin in debuts in Mens Psychique on the Match Competition in Gdansk (class over 182cm). The present was at february 2016 so I had a while to get in form. Because the youngest competitor I completed 10 out of 50 in my class.
