For the Fish Sauce Pasta you’ll need;
-400g Pasta of selection
-1 pack knor seasoning dice
-1 tsp curry powder
-1 tsp thyme
-S scotch bonnet and three Paprika peppers (Blended)
-1 Onion Chopped
– 2 garlic cloves minced
-1/Four cup rooster inventory
-Salt to style
-Three tbsp oil of selection
-300g deboned smoked mackerel
-2 bell peppers chopped
1/Three cup peas
2 tbsp chopped scentleaf/basil
1. Boil pasta for Eight-10 minutes until virtually fully softened.
2. On medium excessive warmth, in a deep pan or pot, warmth oil and fry onion until aromatic, about 1 minute. Add the minced garlic and fry for 1 extra minute.
Three. Add the blended scotch bonnet and paprika peppers and fry with the onions and garlic until barely lowered and a sauce is shaped, this can take about Eight minutes. Hold stiring to keep away from burning.
Four. Season with curry powder, thyme, a pinch of salt after which add the rooster inventory.
5. Add the smoked fish that has already been cleaned and deboned.
