On-The-Go Breakfast Ideas (Meal Planning)



Hey guys!! Welcome again to my channel. Breakfast will be onerous for those who’re in a rush within the mornings.. This is a number of plan forward concepts you can prep and have for on-the-go mornings. Hope you take pleasure in!

Antioxidant Shake-
2 handfuls of blueberries
2 handfuls raspberries
2 handfuls strawberries
2 handfuls spinach

Dawn Shake-
1 Orange Chopped
1 Banana Chopped
1 Mango Chopped
1 Handful Raspberries

Matcha Chia Pudding
1 half of cups Coconut Milk
1/three cups Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Matcha Powder
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

non-obligatory:
half of tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Chia Pudding
1 half of cups Coconut Milk
1/three cups Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder or Chocolate Protein
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

non-obligatory:
half of tsp floor cinnamon
1/four tsp sea salt
half of tsp vanilla extract

Prepared-To-Go Protein Granola Bars
half of Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour or Banana Flour
pinch sea salt
pinch cinnamon
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein (I take advantage of MoonJuice Mushroom Protein)
2 Tablespoons Nut Butter
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1/four Cup Coconut Milk (or milk of your selection)
Non-compulsory:
Chocolate Chips or Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
