Malai Kofta Recipe/Easy and Delicious Paneer Malai Kofta

Substances:
For kofta balls:
250 g cottage cheese

1+1 tsp ginger garic paste

1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp kashmiri crimson chili powder
1 tsp crimson chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp sat
1 tsp caraway seeds(shahi zeera)

1 black cardamom
2 sma cinnamon sticks
2 bay leaves
Four coves

Technique:

In a serving dish put the fried koftas and pour gravy over it, garmish it with cream and coriander leaves.
Serve with chapati roti or naan.
