• Tortilla Soup:
½ can Fireplace Roasted Tomatoes (can sub common however can be much less flavorful)
½ cup Salsa
½ cup Water
½ can Black Beans
½ cup Frozen Corn, thawed
¼ tsp Chili Powder
¼ tsp Cumin
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1 Corn Tortilla, sliced thinly
Toppings: Lime Juice, Cilantro, Dietary Yeast, Avocado
* Mix all substances besides toppings in a microwave protected bowl and prepare dinner for 2-Three minutes, relying how scalding you want your soup (hehe). High as desired!

• Black Beans and Mexican Rice
½ can of Black Beans
