Substances –
300 Grams Basa Fish
1 Cup Rice Flour
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Teaspoon Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Schezwan Sauce
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Teaspoon Pink Chilli Powder
2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder

Technique –
1. Put together the marinate consisting of lemon juice, vinegar, schezwan sauce, pink chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, ginger garlic paste and salt as per style.
2. Apply this marinate to basa fish and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
three. For the coating combine 1 cup rice flour, salt and ½ teaspoon pink chilli powder.
four. Now cowl the fish with this flour combination and shallow fry on a pan.
5. Basa Fish Fillet Fry is able to eat. Serve it with onion and a slice of lemon.
