Ramadan Recipes “Seafood Risotto”



• 1 cup arborio rice
• 2 tbs olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 cup assorted seafood (hamur, squid, shrimp, mussels)
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• ½ cup cooking cream
• 1 cup fish inventory
• 1 tsp butter
• 1 tbs mascarpone cheese
• 2 tbs saffron water
• ¼ cup mushroom
• three sticks asparagus
• 6 leaves rocket
• 2 tbs parmesan cheese
