1 liter full fats milk
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon inexperienced cardamom powder
Silver warq for garnishing
Blanched and slivered pistachios for garnishing
Blanched, peeled and slivered almonds for garnishing

Technique

1. Boil milk in a deep non-stick pan on medium excessive warmth, stirring often. Cut back warmth and cook dinner until half diminished, stirring often.
