2 Cups Grated Beetroot
2 tbsp Ghee/Clarified butter
Three/four cup Khoya/Mawa
1 cup Milk
1 cup coarse Jaggery/Gur
1 tsp Cardomom powder
1 tbsp Pistacios
1 tbsp Almonds
1. Warmth 1 tbsp ghee in a nonstick, add the grated beetroot and saute for 15 minutes at medium warmth.
2. Add milk and blend effectively . Cowl and prepare dinner in medium warmth for five minutes.
Three. Add khoya and blend wellso that it blends withthe beetroot.
four. Subsequent add jaggery and stir it. Simmer for 2-Three minutes ,proceed stirring until the halwa turns into dry and nonstick.
5. Add flavouring agent cardomom powder, pistachios,almonds and 1 tbsp ghee . Combine effectively.
6. Take away from warmth and serve it sizzling or chilly.
