Coconut Christmas Cocoa ❄
four cans of coconut milk
1 tbs vanilla extract
1/four cup maple syrup
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/four cup coconut sugar

Cinnamon Roll Espresso Cake
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/four tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
chopped pecans
1/four cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/four cup maple syrup
2 eggs or flax eggs
Cinnamon Topping
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tbs cinnamon
three tbs melted coconut oil
three tbs maple syrup
Icing
1/four cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut cream
three/four cup coconut butter
* bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes

Candy Potato Nests
Grated Candy Potato
Drizzle of oil + salt + pepper
bake for 400 F for 10-15 minutes
add in egg on high of candy potato nest
bake for an additional 10 minutes at 400 F
