Shrimp & Scallop Pasta 虾肉带子意粉



A straightforward Christmas pasta dish excellent for potluck, events, gatherings or household dinner. This mild and easy Shrimp Pasta with an amazing garlicky, spicy, lemon zesty flavour will certainly fulfill your dinner company. Select your favorite pasta for this simple recipe!

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PAX
Angel hair (select your favorite pasta)
Olive oil
100ml white wine
Black pepper
Parmesan cheese
6 shrimps
7 scallops
1 lemon (zest & lemon juice)
four cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoon chilli flakes
2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt

Cook dinner pasta in line with package deal instructions. Pressure and coat with 2 tablespoon of olive oil
In a pan, warmth olive oil and butter over medium warmth.
Cook dinner scallops & shrimps till shrimp flip pink. Add in garlic, onion, chilli flakes & parsley adopted by white wine.
Shave some lemon zest, 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese, salt & black pepper, 2 tablespoon of lemon juice & parsley
Add spaghetti to the sauce.
Drizzle further virgin olive oil
Whereas pasta is cooking, warmth olive oil in a big skillet over medium warmth. Cook dinner shallots and garlic simply till softened, about three minutes. Squeeze in lemon juice, cook dinner 1 minute.
