PB+J Granola
¾ cup unsweetened clean peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut sugar
three cups quaint rolled oats
1 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
½ cup raspberry jam
½ cup dried fruit

In a small saucepan over medium-low warmth, soften peanut butter with coconut oil and coconut sugar. Pour peanut butter combination over oats and blend properly. Add peanuts and blend once more. Switch combination to a parchment lined baking sheet and dollop jam over granola. Bake at 350ºF till golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
