This mussels in white wine and garlic butter sauce, also called drunken mussel, is a straightforward one-pot dish will be ready in 10 minutes. Merely serve with pasta and bread. Each recent mussels and frozen mussels works good for this recipe! When you don’t love white wine change it to vegetable inventory. Make a simple seafood dish with out the hustle!

[White wine mussels with pasta & bread]
1kg mussels (recent & frozen)
2 tbsp butter
three pcs shallots
three cloves garlic
1/four tsp pepper flakes
lemon zest of 1 lemon
1 cup white wine
1 cup vegetable inventory
1 tbsp thyme
1 cup flat leaf parsley
salt & pepper to style

350g pasta
four slices of bread
