Orange Ginger
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
1 orange, zested and juice
½ tsp ginger, freshly grated
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper to style

In a small bowl, whisk collectively orange zest & juice, ginger, honey and salt & pepper to style. Place salmon and marinade in a big zipper bag and permit to take a seat within the fridge for 20 minutes. Place salmon on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or till salmon is cooked by way of.

2 6-8oz salmon fillets
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dill, chopped
½ lemon, zest and juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp oil

1 cup pineapple juice
1 jalapeno, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp cajun seasoning

In a small bowl, whisk collectively pineapple juice, jalapeno, garlic and cajun seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to style. Pour marinade over salmon and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup maple syrup
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp thyme
