BLACKBERRY COCONUT MILK SHAKE
protein powder
half of cup blackberries
half of banana
10 ouncesunsweetened coconut milk
1/four cup coconut flakes
half of cup ice

MALTED MACA MILK SHAKE
1 half of cups chilly water
four ice cubes

2 tsps maca powder
