I am 17 years outdated, when i used to be 15 i began do Calisthenics!
I did biceps, triceps, chest, again, leg routines, cardio,
after 12 months ,2016, i create the plan,
i sleeped Eight-9 hours, eat 6-Eight instances
and my muscle tissues began to develop up!
i love to do chest and triceps day with +24kg weights
