CRISPY FRIED SEAFOOD TOFU

Ingredient:

500g tofu (mashed)
2 egg yolks
200g fish paste
100g prawn paste
2 tablsp plain flour
1 tablsp chopped spring onions
1 tablsp chopped purple chilles
1 teasp salt
1 teasp salt
1 teasp hen powder
A little bit of floor pepper
50g tapioca flour for dusting

Methodology

1. Combine mashed tofu with salt,hen powder, and plain flour

2. Add a little bit of floor pepper, chillies, spring onions.
Combine nicely collectively.

three. Combie tofu combination with fish & prawn paste, combine till
nicely mixed.

four. Pour right into a lined 6 inch sq. pan. Degree the floor
with the again of spoon. Steam oven medium warmth for 10 minutes

5. Take away and put aside to chill

6. Reduce into rectangles and mud with tapioca flour. Shake
off extra flour. Fry in scorching oil till crispy and golden
brown. Dish it out & able to serve with candy chillie sauce or
mayonnaise
