Poha – 1 1/2 Cup
Water – 5 cups
Potato – 2 Boiled & Mashes
Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Inexperienced Chili – 2 (chopped)
Purple Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Oil – to deep fry


Soak 1 1/2 cup of Poha, in heat water for a minute. Drain the water and wash with recent water, squeeze out a little bit little bit of the water.
