Elements:
Poha – 1 1/2 Cup
Water – 5 cups
Potato – 2 Boiled & Mashes
Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)

Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp

Soak 1 1/2 cup of Poha, in heat water for a minute. Drain the water and wash with recent water, squeeze out a little bit little bit of the water.

In a mixing bowl, add the poha, then begin mashing & kneading like a dough with palms. Midway in, add chopped coriander, inexperienced chili, 2 boiled potatoes, pink chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, salt and a little bit of sugar to stability it out.
