Chocolate Espresso Dessert Dip:
INGREDIENTS:
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
four tbsp 100% cacoa powder (I used Hershey’s cocoa)
four tbsp liquid espresso
four tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt
DIRECTIONS: Mix all substances till easy, scraping down sides as wanted. High with darkish chocolate chips!

Pistachio Avocado Ice Cream:
INGREDIENTS:
1 frozen banana
1/2 rip avocado
three tbsp crushed pistachio
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1/eighth tsp kosher or sea salt
DIRECTIONS: Pulse pistachios in blender till barely crushed. Take out 1 tbsp of the crushed pistachios and reserve for garnish.
Mix all substances collectively till easy and creamy.
Sprinkle on the 1 tbsp crushed pistachios.
Freeze for half an hour or till desired consistency.

Darkish Chocolate Hobnobs (Yields about 5 to 7 cookies relying on measurement )
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup rolled oats
