Four burger buns
English mustard paste as required
Few iceberg lettuce leaves
Four cheese slices

400 grams rooster mince
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 inch celery, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1½ teaspoons dried thyme leaves
1½ teaspoons dried blended herbs
Salt to style
Crushed black peppercorns to style
1 egg
Oil for shallow-frying
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 inch celery, sliced
1 small carrot, peeled and finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons refined flour (maida)
2 cups rooster inventory
Salt to style
Crushed black peppercorns to style
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chopped recent parsley


1. To arrange rooster patties, combine collectively rooster mince, onion, celery, garlic, dried thyme leaves, dried blended herbs, salt, crushed peppercorns and egg in a bowl.
