1 massive handful recent coriander
1 massive handful flat leaf parsley
1 garlic clove
1½ tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
Panko bread crums for coating
Oil for frying
1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas, chop coriander and parsley, crush the garlic and place every thing in a big bowl. Add the remaining substances besides from flour and panko. Mash by hand with a potato masher (or perhaps use a blender) right into a sticky mizture.
2. Add slightly flour at a time till the combination is dry enought to deal with and form into 14 patties. Cowl them with panko and fry in loads of oil in a deep frying pan for 30-60 seconds till golden on either side.
