Serves four

Marinate for seafood
600g crab meat
20 items of medium prawns / shrimps

half of cup of tomato paste/puree
1 cup of white wine
half of tablespoon of Tabasco sauce (really useful to extend this to 1.5 tablespoons for those who can take the spiciness)
2 teaspoons of salt
three.5 ounces of butter
180ml of heavy cream
2 teaspoons of grounded black pepper

When serving this, add a heap of Jasmine white rice to the gumbo for that additional contact. Get pleasure from!
