– half cup Frozen Blackberries
– 1 Apple
– 2 tbsp Oats
– 1 cup Almond Milk
– Small Handful Crushed Almonds
– Optionally available 1 tbsp Baobab Powder

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
– 1 Banana
– 1 cup Almond Milk
– 1 Date
– 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
– 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
– Optionally available 1 scoop Protein Powder

Inexperienced Smoothie
– Frozen Banana
– Handful Spinach
– Half an Avocado
– Recent Ginger
– Squeeze Recent Lime
– 1 cup Water
– Optionally available 1 tsp Inexperienced Powder (spirulina, chlorella and many others)
