► BBQ BEAN SALAD:
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained & rinsed
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained & rinsed
1 inexperienced bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)

¾ cup onion, chopped
¾ cup low-sugar bbq sauce
