► BBQ BEAN SALAD:
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained & rinsed
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained & rinsed
1 inexperienced bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 purple bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
¾ cup onion, chopped
¾ cup low-sugar bbq sauce

Add all substances to a big mixing bowl and toss to coat and mix.

Mash avocado in a bowl.
