For caramelised onions:-
1 tsp oil
1 medium onion sliced
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp vinegar
Half cup water

For the patty:-
2 giant grated potatoes boiled
1 grated carrot
½ cup contemporary boiled peas 
1onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger garlic inexperienced chilli crushed
1 tsp cumin seeds
half of teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon purple chili powder
half of teaspoon garam masala powder
half of teaspoon turmeric powder 
Salt as required
2 tablespoon oil for pan frying

For the coating:-
Three tablespoon wheat flour
Three tablespoon corn flour
Salt as required
6 tbsp water

For breadcrumbs coating::-
half of cup bread crumbs

For Salsa:-
1 cup yellow corn -roughly chopped
1 tomato – finely chopped
1 jalepeno –  thinly chopped
Freshly chopped coriander
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt as required

For the meeting:-
Three-Four burger buns
1 tbsp butter
1 cucumber thinly sliced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Cheese slices
Assorted lettuce leaves
Tomato ketchup


Caramalised Onions:-
Warmth the oil in a pan and add the onion slices to it. Saute the onions on medium flame until they’re transluscent after which add the sugar. Add salt and maintain frying the onions until brown in color. As soon as the onions are correctly caramelised decrease the flame and add white vinegar. Give it a fast stir and add water. Let it simmer until onions are mushy and the whole combination has dried up fully. Let the caramelised onions cool all the way down to room temperature.

Warmth the oil in a pan add the finely chopped onion to it. Let the onion flip transluscent and add cumin seeds, crushed ginger-garlic-green chillies and stir it effectively for a minute. Then add carrots and inexperienced peas and saute for some time. Now add garam masala, turmeric powder, purple chilli powder, coriander powder and salt as per style. Fry this on reasonable flame for a minute. Flip the flame off and permit this to chill fully. Add the cooled patty combination to grated potatoes and blend each of them together with your fingers. Toasted Buns:-
Lower the buns in even halves and apply butter on each side and toast the buns on a pan.

Place one half of the bun in your plate and apply butter, some mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Place assorted lettuce leaves on high of it.
