Plum Crisp
Filling:
2lbs plums, sliced
1 tbsp cornstarch
2-Three tbsp coconut sugar, relying on how candy your plums are

Topping:
¾ cup rolled oats
⅓ cup coconut sugar
½ cup pecans, chopped
⅓ cup coconut oil

In a big bowl, mix collectively filling substances and switch to a nicely greased baking dish. In one other bowl, mix topping substances and sprinkle over plum combination. Bake at 350ºF for 40-45 minutes or till plums have softened and oats are golden.

Peach Cobbler

Filling:
2lbs peaches, pitted and sliced
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 vanilla bean
1 tbsp cornstarch

Topping:
1 cup flour
½ cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup butter, chilly and cubed
½ cup milk
¼ tsp salt
1 egg, crushed
1 tbsp sugar (optionally available)

In a big bowl, toss collectively filling substances and bake at 375ºF for 10-15 minutes, or till peaches start to melt. Whereas peaches are baking, in one other bowl, whisk collectively flour, sugar and baking powder. Add butter and blend till it reaches the consistency of breadcrumbs. Add milk and blend. As soon as peaches have softened, gently toss them, including a splash of water if wanted to maintain peaches from sticking to the perimeters. Spoon over topping and brush with egg wash. Sprinkle with sugar and return to oven. Bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes or till dough is cooked by and barely golden.

Triple Berry Crumble

Submitting:
6 cups blended berries, contemporary or frozen
¼ cup sugar
Three tbsp cornstarch
½ lemon, juiced

Topping:
⅓ cup brown sugar
¾ cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup butter, chilly and cubed
Sea salt to style

In a big bowl, toss collectively filling substances and switch to a greased baking dish. In one other bowl or with an electrical mixer, add all topping substances and blend till it reaches the feel of breadcrumbs with some bigger pea measurement items remaining. Sprinkle crumble over fruit combination and bake at 350ºF for 40-45 minutes.
