Mushroom Frittata
6 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
1 cups mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup spinach, chopped
Salt and pepper to style

In a big bowl, whisk collectively eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper to style and put aside. In a medium sized oven-safe skillet over medium-high warmth, add butter. Add mushrooms and sauté for Four-5 minutes. Add garlic and spinach and cook dinner till wilted. Add garlic and cook dinner for an additional 30 seconds. Pour over egg combination and blend nicely. Bake at 350ºF for Eight-10 minutes, or till the egg is cooked by. Garnish with parsley.

Baked Hen Thighs
