Mushroom Frittata
6 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
1 cups mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup spinach, chopped
Salt and pepper to style

In a big bowl, whisk collectively eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper to style and put aside. In a medium sized oven-safe skillet over medium-high warmth, add butter. Add mushrooms and sauté for Four-5 minutes. Add garlic and spinach and cook dinner till wilted. Add garlic and cook dinner for an additional 30 seconds. Pour over egg combination and blend nicely.
