★Recipe 1 (Tofu Scramble):
→1 small candy potato, lower into 1/2-inch cubes
→1 tablespoon canola oil
→1/2 small yellow onion, chopped

→14ozextra-firm tofu, pressed and lower into 1-inch cubes
→1 can of black beans, rinsed
→2 avocados, sliced
→Sriracha for those who’d like

★Recipe 6 (Vegan Chocolate, Almond, Protein Bars):
→1 cup uncooked almonds
→1/four teaspoon sea salt
→1 teaspoon cinnamon
→1 1/2 cups rolled oats
→5 ounces plant-based vanilla protein powder (I like Backyard of Life Uncooked or Vega Efficiency Protein)
→1/three cup maple syrup
→1/four cup dairy-free chocolate chips (elective)
→If the combo appears to be like sandy, add in some coconut oil, a bit of almond butter and almond milk till the batter smooths out.
