★Recipe 1 (Tofu Scramble):
→1 small candy potato, lower into 1/2-inch cubes
→1 tablespoon canola oil
→1/2 small yellow onion, chopped
→1 14-ounce package deal extrafirm tofu, drained and crumbled
→1/four teaspoon garlic powder
→1 teaspoon floor cumin
→1/2 teaspoon salt
→1/four teaspoon turmeric

★Recipe 2 (10-Minute Hummus):
→One 15-ounce can of chickpeas, drained, 1 tablespoon of the liquid reserved
→1 small garlic clove, smashed/chopped
→1 tablespoon contemporary lemon juice
→1/four cup tahini
→Additional-virgin olive oil
→Pinch of candy smoked paprika
→Seasonings of alternative (I like cumin, purple pepper, paprika and sea salt)

★Recipe three (Candy Potato, Quinoa and Chickpea Veggie Burger):
→1 small candy potato, baked
→1/four cup dry quinoa
→1/four cup dry barley
→15-ounce can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
→2 tablespoons parsley
→1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (elective)
→1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
→1/2 teaspoon salt
→1/2 teaspoon pepper
→2 tablespoons complete wheat flour
→2 tablespoons olive oil
→1 1/2 contemporary purple peppers

★Recipe four (Veggie and Hummus Sandwich):
→2 slices of sprouted whole-grain bread
→2 tablespoons hummus
→ skinny slices of cucumber
→ skinny slices of tomato
→slices of avocado
→1/four cup alfalfa sprouts or energy greens
→1/four cup grated carrots

★Recipe 5:
For the cilantro brown rice:
→2 cups lengthy grain brown rice, rinsed
→5 cups water
→1 tbsp olive oil
→1/eight tsp salt
→1 tbsp lime juice
→2 tbsp minced cilantro, packed
For the salsa:
→5 small-medium tomatoes, diced
→1/2 cup diced purple onion
→1 jalapeño pepper, minced
→1 tbsp lime juice
→salt to style
For the bowls:
→three tbsp olive oil, divided 
→1 can of corn, rinsed
→1 tsp chili powder, divided
→1 tsp chipotle powder, divided 
→14ozextra-firm tofu, pressed and lower into 1-inch cubes
→1 can of black beans, rinsed
→2 avocados, sliced
→Sriracha for those who’d like

★Recipe 6 (Vegan Chocolate, Almond, Protein Bars):
→1 cup uncooked almonds
→1/four teaspoon sea salt
→1 teaspoon cinnamon
→1 1/2 cups rolled oats
→5 ounces plant-based vanilla protein powder (I like Backyard of Life Uncooked or Vega Efficiency Protein)
→1/three cup maple syrup
→1/four cup dairy-free chocolate chips (elective)
→If the combo appears to be like sandy, add in some coconut oil, a bit of almond butter and almond milk till the batter smooths out.
