Left over roti recipe
Unsalted entire wheat flour roti. three
Chopped jaggery. 2 tbsp
Chopped Dry fruits. 2 tbsp
Coconut. 2 tbsp
Chopped Dates. 2 tbsp
Chopped Raisins. 2 tbsp
Ghee or butter. 1 tbsp
Malted darkish chocolate. 150 g
1) crush roti with palms or blender. Malt the chocolate in microwave in Frist 30 seconds if required put the bowl once more for 30 seconds.
2) hit up your non stick pan and add ghee
three)when ghee Malt add jaggery. Hold your flame sluggish. Jaggery Malted add all elements one after the other.
four)combine all elements collectively very effectively and add 1 and half of tbsp melted chocolate and blend.
5)make small balls and take pop stick.
6) dip one aspect of stick in to the melted chocolate and insert in a ball. Make all balls and fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
7)take your roti pops and dip in melted chocolate and set the within the fridge for 10 minutes.
eight) now take your chocolate rapers and cowl the roti pops.
