Seafood Tofu with Mushrooms and Prawn ● Selfmade Recipe [Easy & Simple]
Elements:
12 items Seafood Tofu
150g prawn (cleaned and deveined – seasoned with salt and pepper)
50g Hen Breast (minimize to strip and seasoned with salt and pepper)

100g Eringi Mushroom
100g Shimeji Mushroom
50g Snap Peas
50g Capsicum
50g Carrot
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon minced garlic, ginger and shallot combine
three tablespoon water
Sauce:
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
½ tablespoon darkish soy sauce
½ tablespoon soy sauce
½ tablespoon fish sauce
½ tablespoon sugar

Steps:
Boil water in a big pot.
Add one tablespoon of oil and a teaspoon of salt
Add the mushrooms and greens and boil for two minutes
Take away and hold apart

Warmth the pan and add 1 tablespoon oil
Sauté the minced garlic, ginger and shallot combine
Stir within the rooster and seafood tofu
Fry for 1 minute, add the prawn
Add water and all sauce elements
Stir within the mushroom and vegetable
Simmer for three minutes
