Salt to style
2 tbsp all goal flour/maida
Three tbsp cornflour/cornstarch
Pepper to season
1 tsp purple chilly powder/paste
2 tsp ginger garlic crushed
half tsp soy sauce
Oil for frying

2-Three tbsp oil
2 tsp finely chopped ginger
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
2-Three slit inexperienced chillies
2-Three stalks spring onions (whites & greens seperate)
1 medium capsicum thinly sliced
2-Three tbsp tomato sauce/ketchup
1 tsp purple chilly sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp schezwan sauce (elective)
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch combined in Three-Four tbsp water
