Alternativ 2: 5-10 min biking
Alternativ three: 5-10 min crosstrainer

1. Hip thrusters in Leg kick machine 4set x 15-20reps
Superset with
2. Resistance band facet kicks 4set
three. Sumo deadlifts w/squeeze 3set x 12-15reps
four. Hips thrusters DROPSET w/ weight plate 3set x 12-15reps
5. Cable “pull via” 4set x 12reps
6. 2 totally different angles abductor machine 3set x 12-15reps

Hey guys, this is an entire exercise for the booty. So that is the half two of this butt exercise sequence “Larger booty with out rising legs – challenge bootybuilding” , which is about rising and defining your booty / glutes with out rising your legs. My purpose is to activate the my glutes to the max and reduce the activation of my leg muscular tissues.
