Jenni and I share a tabata-style HIIT exercise (excessive depth interval coaching exercise) for learners that includes four totally different workout routines: facet lunges to a curtsy, push-ups with shoulder faucets, reverse lunges with kicks to a squat, and plank indirect twists.
