Vegan Fried Chick’n Mushrooms
2 Portabella mushrooms
Flour
Vegetable oil
Earth Island Vegg (vegan egg) (various under)
Non-dairy milk
Celtic sea salt (my private fav, any salt will work)
Pepper
Garlic powder (attempt natural!)
Bread crumbs (I used “panko” bread crumbs)

Directions
slice portabella mushrooms into desired shapes (e.g. slices) and coat with flour by shaking them in a ziplock bag and put aside
Combine Vegg with non dairy milk till clean and dip floured mushrooms within the combination and put aside
Within the meantime, warmth a pan with vegetable oil (use a picket spoon to test the temperature – technique proven in video)
Pour breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder right into a clear ziplock and shake to combine
add Three-Four battered mushrooms to the breadcrumbs
Place breaded mushrooms into fryer and let sit till golden brown, turning them over as soon as earlier than eradicating from the oil
